Neda Anasseri

Neda Anasseri is the Technology Projects Coordinator at the Outreach and Technical Assistance Network (OTAN), a California Leadership Project that provides ed tech, online learning training, and tech resources for adult educators across the state. With a wealth of experience in adult education, Neda has served as a program manager, teacher, and administrator, excelling in maximizing funding and managing federal reporting data and accountability, as well as expanding adult education services and
