Susan Gaer

Susan Gaer is a retired professor of ESL Santa Ana College. 

She has been a promoter of digital literacy for teachers throughout the world. She is a past President of CATESOL (California Teachers of English to Other Speakers) a frequent presenter at TESOL, an EL Specialisit for the State Department and a Subject Matter Expert for the Outreach Technical Assistance Center (OTAN) and World Education. More than 20 years ago, she piloted a program along with OTAN for mentoring teachers throughout the state. This has turned into the DLAC project (Digital Literacy Academy) and currently the is project is coaching schools from across California.
